Wedding Day

Rhiannon & Tyler, March 21st, Club Lake Plantation, Apopka, FL

March 21st, 2020…in the midst of COVID-19 and venues having to shut down,  we had our last wedding. It was absolutely spectacular and as we reminisce we are reminded of the magic and love that filled the room.

Rhiannon & Tyler did not let all that was going on stop them from sharing their vows and becoming one. And we are so glad they decided to move forward with this special day.

The beautiful couple met through a dating app, but they never ended up meeting in person. A mutual friend noticed the two talking through the app and invited them both to a concert. They met, and the rest is history.

Tyler planned a beautiful surprise proposal with friends and family in attendance. Rhiannon said her easiest yes ever, and the couple quickly got to wedding planning. Within weeks, Club Lake Plantation was decided as their wedding venue.

The couple felt a sense of comfort and ease as they toured Club Lake Plantation, and knew they had to say “I Do” at this venue.

Leading up to the day, Rhiannon and Tyler realized they could be having one of the last weddings in the world for the time being. Once they saw the big picture, they decided to live in the moment and take full advantage of their original plans. March 21st quickly approached and it was finally time for the couple’s very special day.

Rhiannon spent the morning in Club Lake’s bridal suite getting ready with her bridesmaids. Makeover Station worked on perfecting all of the beautiful maids hair and makeup. It was a beautiful morning full of laughter & so much love.

After everyone was ready, and family and friends were seated under the gorgeous oak trees, it was time for Rhiannon to be escorted down the aisle by her father. As everyone stood and the music started playing, Tyler was brought to tears as he watched his beautiful bride walk down the aisle.

The couple shared their vows with one another, and felt relief as they looked into each other’s eyes. The moment they had been anticipating was finally here, and they did not have to worry about a thing.

The new Mr. & Mrs. shared their first kiss as husband and wife, and welcomed their guests with a cocktail hour full of drinks and yummy appetizers.

After, guests were escorted to the reception room where the tables were elegantly decorated with geometric vases and light pink roses. It was simple yet stunning. The dessert table had a display full of an assortment of delicious choices thanks to Cakes by Virgo

Guests and the couple shared an evening filled with delicious food served by Foodie Catering, amazing lively music by Our DJ Rocks, and a fun energy that took everyone away from what was going on in the world. It truly was a perfect day.

Bella Sposa Events was honored to be apart of Rhiannon & Tyler’s wedding day. We are so happy that you both were able to live in the moment and enjoy this day to its fullest. Thank you for allowing us to be apart of it all.

Kaci & Adrian, January 26th, 2019, St. Joseph’s Church & The Banyan Estate

We could not have asked for a more perfect day on January 26th, 2019. It was Kaci & Adrian’s wedding day, and it was absolutely perfect.

The couple met in 2011, but didn’t start dating until years later when they rekindled on a dating app. Flashforward, and Adrian was down on one knee asking Kaci to be his future wife.

Adrian planned the most romantic proposal. He took Kaci to an art studio owned by a friend. He has the lights dimmed, and string renditions of Coldplay songs playing throughout the studio. He brought her to an art piece hanging on the wall (that he created). It was made up of pictures of the couple, lyrics to their favorite songs, and on the side it read “Will You Marry Me?” When Kaci realized this, she turned around and Adrian was on one knee.

The couple was so excited and started planning their wedding immediately, and that is when they contacted us to help with their special day. The Bella Sposa team wanted to ensure Kaci & Adrian could enjoy their day and feel relaxed.

They decided to have their ceremony in a traditional church setting which made the decision easy: St. Joseph Church. Following this decision they then picked out The Banyan Estate for their cocktail hour & reception.

The morning of January 26th, Kaci got ready alongside her bridesmaids and mom. The ladies at Bella Chic Beauty & Mirth Salon perfected their hair and makeup and helped to make the girls look gorgeous.

After getting ready, the couple delivered letters to each other to read. It was a beautiful & emotional moment captured by Nick & Lauren Photography.

Once family and friends gathered at the church, it was time for Kaci to walk down the aisle with her mother.

It was a beautiful ceremony; the room was full of love. The most special people in their lives got to witness the two becoming one.

Once the new Mr. & Mrs. said “I Do,” their guests made their way to Banyan Estate where all of the fun got started. The couple and their guests got to share in an evening full of delicious food, fun music and L O V E.

Once the band, Greg & Brian, started playing an immediate energy filled the room. Everyone was dancing, laughing and having fun. It was contagious.

Kaci & Adrian said their favorite part of the entire evening was their last private dance. The room cleared out as their guests lined up for the sparkler exit, and the two shared a private last moment together. It is something they will always remember.

Thank you Kaci & Adrian for allowing Bella Sposa Events to be apart of your most special day. We wish you both nothing but a lifetime of love and happiness. XO

& a very special thank you to the following vendors for making this wedding possible:

Natalie & Brandon, November 23rd, Club Lake Plantation: Apopka, FL

As we reflect back on Natalie & Brandon’s wedding day all we can think about is how dreamy the day was.

This couple was everything a wedding planner could hope for: organized, detail-oriented, & to top it all off: the sweetest couple to work with.

Brandon & Natalie met by fate. Their dog, Maisy, brought the couple together while both visiting Crane’s Roost Park in Altamonte Springs. The rest is history.

The couple got engaged outside of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, right before the show they were going to attend. Brandon had balloons set up in the field that said “MARRY ME?”

When it came to choosing a venue, the couple decided on the gorgeous Club Lake Plantation venue. They loved the gorgeous oak trees and pergola the ceremony space had to offer. The couple knew this is where they had to say “I Do!”

After a two year long engagement, it was finally time to get this gorgeous couple married. Bella Sposa’s team made sure Natalie & Brandon could enjoy their special day and not have to worry about a thing.

Natalie & her maids spent the morning getting their hair and makeup perfected by the ladies at Makeup by Bella. It was a perfect morning.

Brandon wanted the first time he saw Natalie to be when she walked down the aisle. So once Natalie was ready, the couple shared a first touch. Time stood still and many tears were shed. It was a special moment.

Once family & friends arrived, it was time for the ceremony. Natalie was escorted down the aisle by her father. And Brandon was able to see his beautiful bride for the first time.

Natalie & Brandon shared their heart-felt personal vows with one another in front of all their favorite people. It was a perfect ceremony.

After their special ceremony & fun cocktail hour, the new Mr. & Mrs. invited their guests to share in an evening full of love, yummy food & fun.

The guest tables were perfectly decorated with gorgeous pops of colors. Orlando Flower Market did a beautiful job on the floral design.

For dessert, Sugar Sugar Cake Boutique perfected a beautiful 4-tier cake alongside delicious cupcakes. The dessert display was stunning.

Once the party got started by Xclusive Deejays, dancing, laughter & a fun energy filled the room. It was quite the celebration for such a beautiful couple.

Thank you Natalie & Brandon for allowing Bella Sposa Events to be apart of your special day. It was an honor sharing this special milestone with the both of you. We wish you nothing but love & happiness in your future.

& a VERY special thank you to the following vendors for allowing this evening to be possible:

Carly & Zach, November 3rd, Cypress Grove Estate: Orlando, FL

This past November, Bella Sposa Events had the honor of working alongside Carly & Zach to help bring their dream wedding to life.

It was a perfect day for a wedding at the gorgeous Cypress Grove Estate House in Orlando, FL. The college sweethearts fell in love with the elegant & traditional elements the estate home has to offer and couldn’t have pictured themselves getting married anywhere else.

Carly and her beautiful bridesmaids shared their morning getting ready in the bridal suite which overlooks the property. They had their hair and make-up perfected by the amazing ladies at Before the Aisle.

Once Carly was ready, she joined with Zach to share a romantic first look before family and friends arrived. The couple felt it was important to have many little private moments together to take in the day as a couple; which also happened to be the couples’ favorite memories of their special day.

Once all of their family and friends arrived and were seated in the charming ceremony area, Carly walked down the aisle with her father. Carly & Zach shared their personal hand-written vows in front of their favorite people with the gorgeous lake view as their back-drop.

After their personalized ceremony, the new Mr. & Mrs. welcomed their family and friends to share in an evening full of food, fun and laughter. It was truly a spectacular night full of love.

The guests tables were beautifully decorated with greenery & pillar candles and the light blue napkins added the perfect pop! The gorgeous farm tables were decorated with cascading greenery and white florals designed by the lovely Gather & Grace team.

The sweet-heart table was eye-catching; with a gorgeous overflow of greens and white florals as well as a mix of clear votives and gorgeous mid-century gold lanterns. This created a fun element that also made the sweet-heart table look elegant.

For dessert, Sugar Sugar Cake Boutique and Florida Candy Buffet created a gorgeous display for guests to enjoy.

Once the party got started by Bay Kings Band, laughter, dancing, celebration and excitement filled the room. It was a beautiful evening, for a beautiful couple.
